I was calling their phone number that was listed at the top of the page. I tried 10 times to call and talk to someone and not one person picked up. I don't know how they have that good of a rating when I can't even talk to a branch employee. If I could give no stars I would.
They need to train the people who work here better. They cannot read, nor comprehend anything! I tried to deposit a check into an account, and they almost refused because it was the first name on the account. Clearly, the account has two names, and any name is acceptable. I did not encounter this problem until they had some new idiots working there.
Worst branch I have never seen
This Matteson branch is by far the WORST BRANCH EVER!!!!!!!! The customer service at the drive-thru window is appalling, I despise this location the tellers at this branch need a MANDATORY MEETING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I would not have given them a star at all but I had to!!!
