The young lady who helped me in the women's shoe department was extremely helpful to me and the other ladies there. It was only one salesperson in the women shoes. She could have been really bad
This is a small store, but they have a wide variety of products. It is very well maintained with a good selection of designer shoes and clothing. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
Not enough staff. Never any carts to put items in. I asked a supervisor where the carts were. She said over there. I told her there were none. And she shrugged and walked away. Horrible customer service. Also the coupons a basically useless.
I love the clothes and the sales but so disappointed that they have not put any work into maintaining it. The bathrooms are horrible and the landscape is neglected. Give this location the same type of time and attention you would in other areas.
Came here to purchase a top that I saw online but wanted to try on first. I found a fitting room that may or may not have been "open" to use. There was a weird board that sort of covered the door, and assorted boxes on the floor. A little off-putting, but the store is under construction, and I don't see another one around anywhere, so I go with it. Then I wandered around looking for the register, and I find one open in the shoe department. The lady behind the counter waves me away saying, "We don't do clothes!" Ok then! I wander some more and eventually find a register open in clothing. There are two women behind the counter, only one is checking people out. I thought I overheard something about the second computer being down. I wait five minutes, then ten. A rather long line has formed, all women grumbling about the wait. After ten minutes, I started the stopwatch on my phone because I was curious how much longer this would go... My timer made it another nine minutes before it was my turn at the register. So nineteen minutes total, but no apology about the wait... Please save yourself the aggravation and don't shop here.
To have to wait on several women at one time....She is a great asset to Carson's.
