I ordered a banner at noon today from the matterson location online and it got sent to Hoffman estates I called and they said to canceled it and come in and reorder the money will go back into our account right away its now 4:15 and I'm just now leaving the store with nothing no banner
The lady who waited on me was very nice and kind ,and whatever I needed she was very happy to help me solve my problems with my pictures. When she finished copying- my photos were just great. Thanks to her- all of my photos look sensational. This happended at the Matteson, Illinois store.Thank You very much!
Consistently rude and slow service on the printing side when you go pick up online orders. How hard is it to smile or greet a customer or say "I'll be right with you". Everybody has bad days but if you are like that ALL the time it's YOU.
The staf is always friendly and helpful, good variation of products and prices
I thought the staff was GREAT on the printing side. I felt they wanted to make my experience great. I had a poster for my daughter's graduation printed and the young man that helped me was very professional and thoughtful. Thank you for the experience.
