Employees were more interested in a guy's birthday than on customers, thus I could not get help....
Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge and willingness to help resolve issues.
Looking for shingles. Online store said it was available. Ordered online for pick up at Matteson and waited over a half hour to forty five minutes for this one to tell me to go to service, and service to tell me there's none in back, meanwhile several employees were playing on the forklift. Didn't see anyone search. Disappointed in service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s nice to see workers actually approaching people to see if they need help instead of avoiding eye contact. This particular store has always been noticeably friendly and knowledgeable when we have questions.
I had 2 great customer service Juliana and another young lady I didn't get her name but it was about 5:30 they were very helpful.
