I've been feeling extremely tired of late and a co-worker suggested I not only get a new mattress, but that I get it from Mattress Firm. After work I did just that. When I opened the door and stepped inside the store, I was greeted with the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Al introduced himself to me and welcomed me-literally! He spent the next hour or so allowing me time to try out a variety of beds with no pushy sales talk. Whenever he had to greet another customer, he made sure I was okay and apologized if it took longer than expected. This kind of reception makes me super excited about my new bed even though it hasn't been delivered.
i had a very easy and pleasant experience while choosing a mattress. they gave me a chance to choose my comfort level so that i was getting what was best for me. i was also told about up coming sales so that i could get the best deal. i would highly recommend this store to anyone.!
