My kids are so disappointed, most of the games broken. Rude staff. Chucky literally ran away from the kids. We won't be back to this location.
Worst location I've ever been in. The mouse is the worst he ignores the kids. He comes out about every 3 times he is announced. Does the dance and runs off. The place is filthy. The staff is rude and lazy. Half the games are broken. Salad bar was a mess. No clean up by staff at all.

Staff is very professional with excellent customer service. My son had his party there on the 27th of this month and I was well pleased. Better then the hood one on Cicero.

This place is so ghetto, I was never happy with the service, the employee's were never pleasant or attentive to the customer's and they were rude. Plus it's not even worth paying for the buffet, cause! THEY NEVER KEEP IT FULL AND THE FOOD WAS NEVER FRESH, but yet they wanna monitor you. I remember I had ask to refill something at the buffet salad bar either they took forever or never did. I wouldn't wanna take my 3 year old to this Chuck E. cheese location. The last time I went was with my niece and nephew. I wouldn't recommend people to take there kid's of family here if there looking for wholesome and pleasant fun. If you wanna go a Chuck E. Cheese I suggest you drive a lil further out to a location that will give us as customer's the service we deserve in a wholesome enviroment.
Think about that before you load up the car to take your children.
