Needed a car due to car repairs. Had to return at another location. That was no problem for Enterprise. I also needed to return after hours which was not a problem either. Thanks for being there when I really needed you.
The desk representative and porter were both awesome!! Coming and going, the service was great.
If I could give them no stars I would! Horrible people to do business with! Do not communicate with their customers and then because of their neglect they expect you to pay $350! Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never do business with them!
Very good experience and nice clean car. The only drawbacks were the increased deposit and having to print a utility bill at the location. I don't understand why they couldn't use the copy I printed out. As I explained to the lady, in this day and age it's very uncommon to receive a paper bill because it's pretty much all done online. I don't receive any bills by mail except my water/garbage bill and I even pay that online. Would be nice to have been able to drop the car off on Sunday. Had to wait for them to open the gate to return the car that morning. Other than that, great experience.
The manager Jessica and the staff are very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this branch to anyone.
