This was The main reason I chose this location.
It appears that they don't take very good care of thier cars. I went through 2 cars before I got one that was satisfactory. The first car still had a car seat in it and the second had a big plug in it. The rep did however; exchange with no problem. None of the cars were washed. I just think they could do better!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have made a reservation for a mini van only to find out none were available when I went to pick up. My reservation was made 2 weeks ago and no one cintacts me to tell me none were available. On top of that the agents in Mattesson could care less.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! First of all, I booked the car online and once I got there I waited over an hour to get the car. (1st red flag). On top of that, we were driving for 15 minutes and the tire is blown out, completely gone! We did not hit anything the tire is just out. This lets me know that it was never properly inspected. I'm highly upset and could possibly miss my sister' graduation as a result. I will NEVER be back here again.
Great customer service. Large selection of vehicles. clean and reliable vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location over south holland.
Great personal service and I emphasize personal, as great effort was taken to ensure my request were met. Must say I am disappointed that there is no place to leave your personal vehicle anymore.
