Aaron Cook is the man you want to see. I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Patriot. My family needed a vehicle, and we were ready to deal with the whole "typical sales guy" stress. Aaron is not your typical sales guy. He was warm and genuine from the start. Of course he wanted to make a sale, but he never rushed or pushed anything. His approach earned him my lasting respect and loyalty. From now on, I buy my cars from him. In fact, I'm taking a family member to see him this weekend.

I visited this store earlier this week due to my car not starting. Once Roadside Assistance came out, I was told my battery was corroded. Since the battery was less than two years old, I was advised to return to the dealership to seek replacement, which is exactly what I did. Upon arrival, the NONCHALANT intake clerk told me I had to come back Friday. I was a bit enraged because Friday was four days away and I didn't trust the corroded battery to last that long, plus, I needed to be able to get my five-year-old back and forth to school. I decided at that precise moment that I was done with this location and would drive out of my way to patronize the Merrillville location. However, before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager as such a long wait was unacceptable. The manager was the total opposite of the clerk. He was sincerely concerned about my issue and looked at the car himself. After verifying that the battery was in fact, still under warranty, he told me to have a seat and it would be taken care of. He also advised his technician to take care of a recall so I wouldn't have to come back at a later date. I can definitely see why he is the manager. I was about to call it quits with this location but the manager regained my trust and confidence so I will go back again, thanks to his great, awesome customer service.
Very friendly staff. Mimi was so nice very friendly and easy to deal with. She will work with you if you're credit (like mine) isn't the best. Love my Lancer had it for 8 years now never had an issue and they give me free oil changes for life. Plan on trading in for a new Lancer very soon.
