service department isn't that good but other than that, manager is great, associates are great, products and prices are unbeatable. you will find more and get better here.
Never a reliable time frame for any repairs. Constantly over charge. Dropped my car off at 7:30am for repairs, 6pm they weren't finished. Never bothered to call and let me know of issues that came up during the repair or to tell me my car wasn't going to be ready. Had to call multiple times to get any updates at all. Will not be going back for even an oil change.
The wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation at this location took over 2 hours while there was only 1 other person sitting in the waiting area
Genaro, my service tech was superb. Excellent customer service and follow through to ensure I was made aware of concerns he observed while servicing my vehicle. I am very pleased.
